Misty J.D., a devoted guardian of the sacred feminine, has graced women and families for seven transformative years. Her versatile roles as a birth doula, childbirth menor, women's guide, retreat alchemist, ceremonial weaver, and more, are a testament to her resolute devotion.

Misty's journey into the realm of women's empowerment and family well-being is deeply rooted in her profound studies and extensive certifications, which include Birthing From Within, Ancient Siberian Wisdom, Yoga Studies, and her invaluable experiences within the sacred space of childbirth. Additionally, her heritage as a Native American woman enriches her perspective, infusing her work with a unique cultural richness and wisdom.

Chelsey is a devoted mother and wife, vegetable farmer, event organizer, facilitator and loving support at A Mother’s Village. She weaves many passions into her work as a facilitator such as expression through art and traditional crafts, singing and dancing, herbalism and ceremony. She aims to share her love for community and village culture through providing heart centered, trauma informed support, while cultivating spaces where all feel invited to share their unique gifts and perspectives. She believes we all thrive when mothers and families are deeply supported~ mind, body and soul.

Bailey offers her loving presence to our Village as a Devotee of the Divine Mother. She is a weaver of medicine respectfully gathered from multiple traditions throughout the past decade of study and among being a Maiden in service to A Mothers Village she serves our community as a Full Spectrum Doula, Placenta Medicine Specialist, Ceremonialist of Women’s Passageways, and an Ancestral Skills Educator. She is who carries the prayer of remembrance, balance, and wholeness for all past, present, and future generations and is grateful to be here now on this journey of returning to our Village.

In addition to being a mother and caregiver, Rosada works as a yoga teacher and personal trainer, leading small group classes and individual sessions. Teaching since 2006, her yoga resume includes teaching classes in prenatal, postpartum, mommy and me, children’s yoga, and alignment based adult workshops. Rosada began working with Misty Dickerson and “A Mother’s Village” in the fall of 2022 in its new location in Eureka as a co-facilitator for Mother’s Circle. In the summer of 2023, she completed a 10 month Parenting Instructor Certification program with Hand in Hand, Parenting by Connection, https://www.handinhandparenting.org. She is excited to share this parenting approach that helped her tremendously during some very difficult years of being a new mother to a child with very big emotions.

Annalise is a supportive maiden in our community that finds deep resonance and passion being of service to mothers and children. She carries wisdom from the 5,000 year old practice of Ayurveda and guides individuals back to balance and health through the ancient Ayurvedic traditions and teachings. She also guides group cleanses and online courses. She is a whole foods chef running her own catering service for retreats and weddings. She sees our food as medicine and aims to carry this wisdom and frequency through all of her offerings. She is so honored to be in presence and circle with you.

Jess is a strong pillar of A Mother's Village, supporting in facilitation, childcare, and admin. With her head in the stars, and feet planted deeply in the herbal realm, she brings a balance of above and below, with prankster medicine infused in all she does.

She loves to explore the mystery, embodied curiosity and wonder... finding ways to integrate those unknown magics into the material world. Keeping things Light, and weaving with the magic of the mundane is where she thrives, and she is honored to reflect, connect, and circle with you all!
